About ACMR Academy
ACMR Academy provides medical ultrasonography training, including AMU, DMU, ADMU and FCPS exam preparation and practical workshops, from 217/A, Outer Circular Road, Mogbazar, Dhaka.
Accounts
You must give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.
ACMR Academy may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if information is false, or if we must do so for security or legal reasons.
Courses and enrollment
Course fees, schedules, online or offline format and what is included are shown on each course page. Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment or after our team accepts your registration for that batch.
Training seats, machines and class dates can be limited. We will tell you if a batch date changes. Certificates, if offered, depend on completing the stated requirements of that program.
Course materials are for your personal learning. You may not copy, share or resell ACMR videos, notes or quizzes without written permission.
Payments and refunds
Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Refunds follow the refund rules published by ACMR Academy at the time of purchase. If a class is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of the unused fee.
Clinical training
Hands-on scanning is educational. It is not a substitute for your own clinical judgement, hospital privileges or a medical licence. Learners must follow faculty instructions and clinic safety rules during practical sessions.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to break security, upload harmful files, harass staff or other learners, or use ACMR content for any unlawful purpose.
Links to other sites
The website may link to third-party sites such as payment pages or social profiles. ACMR Academy does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We work to keep training and the website reliable. To the extent allowed by law, ACMR Academy is not liable for indirect loss, or for issues outside our control such as internet failure, payment gateway downtime or a learner missing a batch after notice was given.
Changes
We may update these terms, course outlines or fees. The latest terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
